Nidec Corporation is pleased to announce that effective May 6, 2003,
we are moving into our new head office built in commemoration of the 30th
anniversary of the company's founding.
The new headquarter building is 100.60-meter-high, 22 stories above
ground and 2 stories under ground with the total floor space of 37,900
square meters. Besides its role as the company's administrative nerve
center, the new headquarter is designed to function as a collective
base for Nidec's R&D; activities (Central Technical Laboratory).
